Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne un biberon pour l'allaitement artificiel et autres usages; une valve, appliquée à la paroi de la bouteille, permet de régler, à commande manuelle, la quantité de l'air qui doit remplacer le liquide écoulé par effet de la dépression déterminée par la succion; une zone de la tétine est à géometrie variable automatiquement pour permettre d'évaluer la variation de cette dépression pendant une succion continue.
- On sait que pour l'allaitement artificile on utilise oujourd'hui une bouteille transparente, graduée,en verre, plastique et autre matériel, au col delaquel- le est applique une tétine pourvue ou non d'une valve qui permet l'entrée de l'air pendant la tétée. Il est évident que sans cette valve, aussi que pour les biberon avec tétine à simple embrayage, l'air peut entrer dans la bouteille seulement à travers les trous de la tétine. En tout cas le lait écoule de la tétine par effet de la succion du nourrisson et afin que l'air extérieure entre dans la bouteille le nourrisson doit vaincre la dépression qu'il y a dans la bouteille et qui dépend, entre autre, de la hauteur de la colonne du lait, de la sensibilité de la valve de l'air lorcequ'est prevue, des dimensions et du nombre des trous dans la tétine.*
- Cette particularité est cause d'inconvénients tels que l'ingéstion de l'air, la fatigue du nourrisson, la nécessité d'utiliser des tétines dures, la formation de mousse à cause du gorgouillement de l'air dans le lait. En autre les divers types de valve d' air actuellement connus pour les biberons sont d'une difficile conmpréhension pour la plupart des person- nes, ne permettent pas un bon réglage de la vitesse du débit du lait, obligent pour leur réglage à défiler le biberon de la bouche du nourrisson etne permet- - tent pas d'évaluer la dépression qui se produit dans la bouteille pendant toute la durée de la tétée et donc ne permettent pas même de vérifier si l'état du biberon est ou non proportionné aux besoins du nour--risson .
- La présente invention a pour bùt d'apporter un remède à toutes ces difficultés. L'invention, telle que elle est caractérisée dans les revendications, résout le problème consistant à introduir l'air dans le biberon même en présence d'une très faible dépression, en révélant et en visualisant la variation continue de la dépression qui se vérifie dans la bouteil_ le par effet d'une tétée continue. 6ela est obtenu en fournat la bouteille du biberon d'une valve manuelle, attachée ou non à la paroi latérale ou du fond de la bouteille et en autre en donnant à une zone de la tétine une géométrie variable avec la variation de la dépression à l'interieur de la bouteille pendant la tétée.
- Les avantages obtenus grâce à cette invention consistent essentiellement en ceci que la quantité de l' air qui entre dans la bouteille sans gourgouillement ou presque, est reglée à la main sans aucune interruption de la tétée; la variation de la dépression à l'intérieur de la bouteille est révélée automatiquement et en continuation sans aucune intervention extérieure, en étant d'une côté, un moyen de signala- tion visive pour savoir lorsque et comment on doit intervenir près de la valve de.l'air et de l'autre côté, un moyen de contrôle vers l'effet obtenu avec l'intervention fait sur la valve, ainsi que vers l'état général de fonctionnement du biberon par rapport aux besoins du nourrisson; il est possible plus l'administration de substances alimentaires/denses que du lait ou médicinales sous forme de liquide, poudre et gazeuse, avec ou sans adjonction d'air. Dan ce qui suit l'invention est exposée plus en détail à l'aide de dessins en annexe représentant seulement un mode d'exécution pas restrictif..
- La Fig. 1 représente une bouteille en verre pour biberon selon l'invention dont la valve d'air est en position moyène; la Fig. 2 représente la même bouteille avec la valve d'air dans la paroi du fond; la Fig. 3 représente une valve d'air en coupe, fixée à la bouteille en verre selon l'invention; la Fig.4 représente une portion en coupe de bouteille en plastique equipée d'une valve d'air fixée et dont la vie d'air est réalisée au moment de l'usage; la Fig. 5 représente une portion en coupe de bouteille en plastique équipée d'une valve d'air separée et destinée à être passante dans la paroi de la bouteille; la Fig. 6 représente la vue d'en haut d'une tétine pour biberon selon l'invention; la Fig. 7 représente la coupe selon BB de Fig. 6; la Fig. 8 représente la coupe selon CC de Fig. 6.
- Le biberon selon l'invention comprende une bouteille et une tétine applicable à la bouche de la bouteille par ex avec vis ou sans. La bouteille représentée dans les Figg. 1 et 2 et qui est en verre à remployer, comprend un corp (1) cylindrique, transparent, gradué,dans la paroi latérale ou du fond duquel est prévue une valve d'air (2) pourvu d'un dispositif (3) de réglage manuel, tournant de 180° ou d'un angle différent, entre deux positions "A" entièrement ou- vertret "C" entièrement fermé; à chaque position intermediarie corrispond une valeur intermediaire de l'ouverture de la valve. Le col de la bouteille est fileté permettant l'application d'un embout porte-tétine; ou bien il est lisse pour l'ebrayage d'une tétine sans embout: La dite valve (2) dont un exemple est représenté dans la Fig. 3 est en deux éléments: l'un (21) faisant fonction de siège est fixé a la bouteille ou bien est une partie de la bouteille et l'autre (22) faisant fonction d'obturateur est mobile par rapport au premier auquel il est engagé par un filetage (23) qui n'est pas hermétique et dont forme un passage pour l'air.Les deux éléments, fixe et mobile, de la valve présentent une surface de contact conique ou d'autre forme connue.'et employée dans les robinets et avec ou sans l'interposition d'une garniture. Les passages pour l'air(24) sont un ou plus, dans un ou les deux éléments de la valve. L'élémént obturateur (22) peut être équipé d'une queue (25) trouée pour l'attache extérieure approprié pour obtenir l'introduction dans la bouteille de substances liquides, et/ou gazeuses et/ ou en poudre comme par ex. des médicaments, en addition ou non à l'air ambiant.
- La bouteille représentée dans la Fig. 4 et qui est en plastique ou d'autre materiel facilement perfora- ble, est constituée d'un corp (1) de forme traditionnelle, de la paroi latérale de laquelle dépasse en étoile vers l'extérieur une canulè (32) courte, -extérieurement filetée, ayant le fonction d'element fixe de ladite valve d'air. L'.element obturateur de cette valve est une capsule filetée à l'intérieur (33) placée sur la canule (32) par l'entremise du filetage et de la base de laquelle émerge vers 1' intérieur un élément conique (35) plus éléve que la capsule et dont la pointe fait fonction de reali- ser un passage pour l'air dans la paroi (31) de la bouteille par effet du vissage suivi d'un relâchement de la capsule. Une fois la zone (31) de la paroi(1) perforée l'air entre dans la bouteille par le filetage qui n'est pas étanche et par les chambres (38) et (39). La fermeture totale de la valve est obtenue en vissant à fond la capsule (33). Ledit élément obturateur (33) peut être bien utilisé pour ouvrir la-bouteille avant l'usage en perforant même sa bouche lorceque la bouteille est confectionnée avec une dose de liquide fixée à l'avance.
- La bouteille représentéedans la Fig. 5 et qui est en plastique ou d'autre materiel facile à perforer,non consigné, est pourvue d'un élément à pointeau, métallique ou d'autre materiel, dur avec une tige (42) cuni- forme à petite conicité et avec une tête (43) cylindrique, large; pourvu d'une petite perforation (44)longitudinale passant dans la tige et dans la tête avec un ou plusieurs trous (45) transversaux mais communiquant avec la perforation (44) en realisant le ou les passages pour l'air lorceque la tige de l'élément à pointeau est mis dans la paroi de la bouteille; une sonde (46) est prevue pour assurer l'ouverture de la perforation (44) et pour en regler l'obturation. La tétine représentée dans la Figg. 6,7 et 8 comprend: un corps de caotchouc souple avec une base (51) un péndocule (52) et une sucette terminale (53) dont la coupe transversale est elliptique en chaque point de son axe longitudinal; un rebord circulaire (55) uni à la base (51); un embout'(56) pour l'application au col à vis de la bouteille. Dans les zones plus aplaties de la base (51) un renflement (57) a été prévu saillant vers l'exterieur, ouvert à l'interieur et dont la paroi a une épaisseur très fine et inferieure à celle des autres zones de la tétine.
- Ces renflements (57) sont à geomtrie varible et subissent des variations de courbement par rapport aux variations de la dépression à l'interieur de la bouteille par effet de-la tétée: de façon plus precise l'augmentation de la dépression produit d'abord l'aplatissement de la paroi et puis son courbement en arrière. En substitution des renflements (57) il est prevu de faire une zone correspondante de la base (51) ayant la paroi plus fine que les autres zones de la tétine. En outre la tétine est avantageuse- mente pourvu d'une saillie annulaire (58) afin lesdits renflements (57) restent à l'extérieur de la bouche du nourrisson et même pour eviter une excessive introduction de la tétine dans la bouche du nourrisson.
- Il est en outre avantageux que les trous·(54) de la su- . cette (53) soient latéraux pour obtenir que le liquide sorte dans la bouche, en direction des joues.
