Claims (3)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un transducteur électrodynamique, ce dernier se composant d'un organe d'assemblage (20) destiné à recevoir le système à aimant permanent et de la membrane (5) avec sa bobine mobile (2) qui peut être introduite dans un boîtier pouvant être fermé par un couvercle, transducteur dans lequel le boîtier et/ou l'organe d'assemblage (20) est muni à sa partie inférieure d'un circuit électrique d'amplification (24) à pointes de raccordement (23) et l'organe d'assemblage (29) comporte deux fentes parallèles (21) destinées à recevoir les fils de raccordement (1) de la bobine mobile (2), la distance entre ces fils correspondant au diamètre de la bobine, procédé du genre dans lequel on fixe sur un support les deux fils de raccordement (1) de la bobine mobile (2) parallèlement entre eux à une distance correspondant au diamètre de la bobine, chacun en un point situé à l'extérieur de la membrane (5) à un éloignement déterminé, et du genre dans lequel, lors du montage de la membrane (5) dans l'organe d'assemblage (20), les deux fils de raccordement (1) sont amenés au-dessous de la membrane (5) vers la partie extérieure de l'organe d'assemblage (20), procédé caractérisé en ce que l'amenée des fils de raccordement (1) se fait à l'aide du support, en ce que le support est constitué par le montage amplificateur (24) qui est guidé et poinçonné parallèlement à une bande (7) à partir de laquelle est formée la membrane (5), en ce que l'on relie les fils de raccordement (1) aux pointes de raccordemer:t (23), et en ce que l'on dispose les fils de raccordement (1) dans les fentes (21) de l'organe d'assemblage (20), puis on insère la membrane (5) et on réalise ensuite la fixation du montage amplificateur (24) à la partie inférieure de l'organe d'assemblage (20).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poinçonnage du support et de la membrane (5) ont lieu simultanément.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support est constitué par la bande (7) à partir de laquelle on forme la membrane (5), en ce que l'on poinçonne partiellement la membrane (5) et le support, et en ce que, après la fixation de la bobine mobile (2) sur la membrane (5) et la fixation des fils de raccordement (1) sur le support, on dégage par poinçonnage la membrane (5) et le support.
