Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a spinning ring arrangement with an inner ring for ring spinning and ring twisting machines, the inner ring being arranged coaxially while maintaining a gap-forming distance inside and attached to the spinning ring, the upper rotor guide surface of which is designed to receive an inner, downwardly ending rotor arm is, the upper end of the inner ring occupies a higher position than the lower limit of the guide surface of said runner leg on the spinning ring and a lower position than the upper limit of the guide surface of said runner leg on the spinning ring.
  • a device for regulating the thread tension when running a ring spinning machine which provides for the use of a carrier shell which is fixedly or loosely mounted on the spindle.
  • the upper edge of the inner ring designed as a shell is higher than the upper limit of the rotor flange so that the thread between the rotor and the bobbin can rub on it.
  • the thread cannot be prevented from being threaded out of the rotor because the inner ring, i.e. the carrier shell does not follow the lifting movement of the ring.
  • the object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the described rings and runners and to propose a tool for a spinning ring which, even if crimping occurs, will certainly prevent unthreading without a standard runner and a normal ring matching such a runner to have to do without.
  • a spinning ring arrangement with an inner ring according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein the spinning ring is not lubricated, at least one slot opening extending in the circumferential direction is provided in the inner ring and / or in the spinning ring and the inner ring and the spinning ring abut one another.
  • the upper outer edge of the inner ring should be at such a distance from the guide surface of the rotor that there is no contact with the inner ring.
  • the inner ring can also be provided with at least one slot opening extending in the circumferential direction.
  • the slot opening can have a lower surface which merges into a surface delimiting the gap below.
  • the inner ring can also be exchangeably attached to the spinning ring by a sliding or press fit, which results in the advantage of freedom of choice with regard to the materials. It can also be glued to the spinning ring.
  • an inner ring is particularly advantageous, which is part of a fastening body for the spinning ring arranged on a ring bench of the machine.
  • Such an injection molding process can be produced cheaply and without extensive rework.

  • the company running onto the coil 7 8 arrives at the front in the runner 6 and leaves it at the rear in the direction tangential to the coil surface, and due to the acting centrifugal forces, the runner 6 lies on the ring 3 with its inner leg 9 ending obliquely downwards inward.
  • the surface which is covered by the leg 9 of ring 3 is defined herein as rotor guide surface 10.
  • a concentrically arranged, tubular inner ring 12 Carried by the bottom wall 11 of the ring holder 2 is a concentrically arranged, tubular inner ring 12, the upper end 13 of which is higher by an amount h than the runner guide surface 10, which is covered by the runner leg 9 and has a lower boundary B, and the outer edge 14 of which is only such a distance a (FIG. 2) assumes that the rotating rotor 6 has a still sufficient gap in the various operating stages.
  • the size of this distance a (approx. 1-2.5 mm with a clear diameter Dr of 45-55 mm) is determined by the runner 6, which is pulled inwards from the thread due to a lack of centrifugal force, the inner leg 9 of which also in this extreme position the inner ring 12 may not be touched.
  • the tubular inner ring 12 continues down to below the ring bench 1.
  • the diameter Dr is approximately the same size as the diameter Di.
  • one or more slots 23 can be made in the circumferential direction, which serve to allow rotor debris to be thrown outwards.
  • the position is advantageously to be set up in such a way that the lower surface 24 of the slot 23 and the upper surface 25 of the foot 21 are at the same height.
  • the ring holder 1 (FIG. 1) together with the inner ring 12 is advantageously designed as a uniform injection molded part.
  • the 3 provides a spinning ring 19 installed in a bore 18 of the ring rail 1 as a variant.
  • An inner ring 22 equipped with a reinforcing foot ring 21 is inserted in the lower inner surface 20 thereof, which can be pressed in or glued in.

  • a sliding seat a press fit can also be selected.
  • the material of the removable inner ring 31 may be made of plastic or another cheaper material than that of the wear-resistant, i.e. of the high quality material of the spinning ring 28.
  • one or more slots 32 which extend in the circumferential direction, are provided in the inner ring 31 and also serve to remove rotor debris, the lower surface 33 of the slot 32 merging into the conical surface 34 of the spinning ring 28.
