Claims (19)

1. Biegevorrichtung des Typs, der einen unteren Träger (10) aufweist, welcher feststehend ist, einen oberen Träger (16), der zwischen einer herabgeklappten Schliessstellung, um mit dem unteren Träger (10) zum Festhalten eines zu bearbeitenden Metallblechs (17) zusammenzuwirken, und einer ausgeschwenkten Öffnungsstellung, um freien Zutritt zu dem genannten unteren Träger (10) zu gewähren, bewegbar angebracht ist, einen Schwenktisch (24), der einer geradlinigen Arbeitslinie folgend dem unteren Träger (10) benachbart und um die Arbeitslinie schwenkbar angebracht ist, und lösbare Verriegelungsmittel von der Art eines Kniehebels, geeignet zum Verkoppeln des oberen Trägers (16) mit dem unteren Träger (10) für die Schliesssteilung des oberen Trägers (16), wobei die Kniehebel-Verriegelungsmittel für jedes Ende des oberen Trägers (16) ein an dem oberen Träger (16) angelenktes Glied und einen Schwenkarm (34A, 34B) umfassen, der an dem Glied und an dem unteren Träger (10) angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Glied durch einen abnehmbaren Flansch (33A, 33B) gebildet ist, und dass der abnehmbare Flansch (33A, 33B) einesteils eine erste Öffnung (36A, 36B; 70-72-74), obere Öffnung genannt, aufweist, durch welche er über einen an dem oberen Träger (16) gehaltenen zylindrischen Stab (38) in Dreheingriff gebracht ist, und anderseits eine Vielzahl von zweiten Öffnungen (39A, 39B), untere Öffnungen genannt, durch eine von welchen er über einen vorstehend an dem zugeordneten Schwenkarm (34A, 34B) gehaltenen Nocken (40A, 40B) zum Dreheingriff gebracht ist und deren Mittelpunkte in unterschiedlichen Entfernungen von der jeweiligen oberen Öffnung (36A, 36B; 70-72-74) sind, wobei die Entfernungen vor dem ersten Gebrauch der Biegevorrichtung voreingestellt und endgültig festgelegt wurden.
2. Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Stab (38), über welchen ein abnehmbarer Flansch (33A, 33B) angetrieben ist, längs des oberen Trägers (16) verläuft und beiden abnehmbaren Flanschen (33A, 33B) gemeinsam ist.

Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der dem oberen Träger (16) ein Spannglied zugeordnet ist, zwischen welchem und dem genannten oberen Träger mindestens eine Abstandswinde (44), z.B. eine einfache Schraube, angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Spannglied durch den zylindrischen Stab (38) gebildet ist, über den die entfernbaren Flansche (33A, 33B) angetrieben sind, wobei der genannte Stab (38) mit dem genannten oberen Träger (16) an mindestens zwei voneinander mit Abstand angebrachten Befestigungsstellen (43A, 43B) verbunden ist, und dass die Winde(n) (44) zwischen den Befestigungsstellen angeordnet ist bzw. sind.

Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder abnehmbare Flansch (33A, 33B) an seinen Verriegelungsmitteln Mittel zur bestimmten Regelung der Abstände zwischen seinen unteren Öffnungen (39A, 39B) und der oberen Öffnung (70-72-74) aufweist, durch welche sein Dreheingriff mit dem zylindrischen Stab (38) bestimmt ist.

Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für seinen Eingriff mit dem betreffenden zylindrischen Stab (38) ein abnehmbarer Flansch (33A, 33B) eine in Richtung der unteren Öffnungen (39A, 39B) verlängerte Ausnehmung (70) zeigt, wie einen Spalt oder eine längliche Ausnehmung, und an der den Öffnungen entgegengesetzten Seite der Ausnehmung parallel zur Verlängerungsrichtung der Ausnehmung und z.B. in ihrer Achse, eine Gewindebohrung (71) zeigt, in welche eine Stellschraube (72) eingeschraubt ist, die zur Wirkung quer zu dem Stab (38) geeignet ist, wobei die Ränder der Ausnehmung (70) und das Ende der Stellschraube (72) die obere Öffnung (36A, 36B) bestimmen.

Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Stab (38) und einem abnehmbaren Flansch (33A, 33B) eine Ringhülse (74) eingesetzt ist, an der die Stellschraube (72) aufsitzt, wobei die genannte Ringhülse (74) dann die obere Öffnung (36A, 36B) des einen abnehmbaren Flansches (33A, 33B) bestimmt.
7. Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringhülse (74) nach aussen zu zumindest örtlich eine geschwächte Stelle (75) zeigt, durch welche sie in Eingriff mit der Schnittfläche des abnehmbaren Flansches (33A, 33B) zu dessen Dreh-Blockierung mit ihr ist.
8. Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der der obere Träger (16) durch ein Winkelprofil gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Winkelprofil an der Innenseite durch eine Wand (77) verstärkt ist, die sich in Querrichtung von einem seiner Schenkel zu dem anderen erstreckt.
9. Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (77) in Längsrichtung konvex nach aussen gebogen ist, derart, dass ihre Breite sich in Schrägrichtung von dem Zentralabschnitt zu den Enden zu verringert.
10. Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie u.a. mindestens einen Verbindungs-Zugriegel (78), geeignet zum Anbringen in Querrichtung in abnehmbarer Art von dem oberen Träger (16) zum unteren Träger (10), enthält.

Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungszugriegel (78) eine Schraube (79) enthält, deren Kopf (80) geeignet ist, sich über den oberen Träger (16) abzustützen, und eine durch den unteren Träger (10) gehaltene Mutter (81) zum Schraubeingriff mit dem mit Aussengewinde versehenen Schaft (82) der genannten Schraube (79).
12. Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (81) des Verbindungs-Zugriegels (78) an einem an dem unteren Träger (10) mit einer parallel zu den vorhergehenden ausgerichteten Gelenkachse (A4) angelenkten Hebel (87) gehalten ist.
13. Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anschlagnocken (90) schwenkbar an dem unteren Träger (10) befestigt ist, um den die Mutter (81) des Verbindungs-Zugriegels (78) tragenden Hebel (87) abzustützen.

Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einem abnehmbaren Flansch (33A, 33B) zugeordnete Schwenkarm (34A, 34B) an dem unteren Träger (10) über eine längs der gesamten Länge desselben laufende Stange (91) angelenktist und dass derAnschlagnocken (90) an der Stange (91) getragen ist.
15. Biegevorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 11 zusammengesehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf des Verbindungs-Zugriegels (78) sich an der Innenwand (77) des oberen Trägers (16) abstützt.
16. Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Verbindungs-Zugriegel (78) vorgesehen sind.
17. Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der unteren Fläche des unteren Trägers (10) in Querrichtung mit Abstand voneinander zwei zylindrische Riegel (53) eingesetzt sind und dass an jedem derselben ein Gestell (15A, 15B) in Schwenkeingriff angebracht ist, das so zwischen einer eingeklappten Ruhestellung und einer ausgeklappten Gebrauchsstellung gelenkig ist, wobei ein Anschlagflansch (56) an dem unteren Träger (10) zur Bestimmung der Gebrauchsstellung vorgesehen ist.
18. Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur gelenkigen Anbringung an dem entsprechenden Riegel (53) jedes Gestell (15A, 15B) einen Drehhaken (59) aufweist und so abnehmbar ist.
