Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlmöbel mit einem in seinem unteren Bereich als Wanne ausgebildeten Möbelkorpus 1, Kühleinrichtungen 2 und einem Warenraum sowie mit einer Abflußöffnung 6 im Boden der Wanne.
Die Abflußöffnung 6 dient zur Aufnahme des Tauwassers, das beim Abtauen der Kühleinrichtungen entsteht. Um zu verhindern, daß beim Reinigen des Warenraums abgefallene Aufkleber oder sonstige Verunreinigungen mit der Reinigungsflüssigkeit in die Abflußöffnung 6 gelangen und diese verstopfen, was beim Abtauvorgang zum Ansteigen des Wasserspiegels in der Wanne und damit zu Beschädigungen des Ventilators 3 in der Wanne führen würde, ist für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit eine weitere, ausschließlich dem Warenraum zugeordnete Abflußöffnung 7 vorgesehen, während die Abflußöffnung 6 ausschließlich den Kühleinrichtungen zugeordnet ist. Die Trennung der beiden Öffnungen erfolgt beispielsweise durch eine vom Boden der Wanne hochgezogene Trennwand.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlmöbel mit einem in seinem unteren Teil als Ware ausgebildeten Möbelkorpus, Kühleinrichtungen und einem Warenraum sowie mit einer Abflußöffnung im Boden der Wanne.
  • Derartige Kühlmöbel sind seit längerem bekannt. Sie werden vor allem zur Lagerung und zum Verkauf gekühlter Lebensmittel verwendet. Durch Abdeckungen ist der Raum, in dem die Ware aufbewahrt wird, getrennt von dem Raum, der die Kühleinrichtungen enthält. Diese Abdeckungen weisen Durchlässe auf, durch welcheWaschflüssigkeit, die beim Reinigen der Warenablageflächen anfällt, aus dem Warenraum in den die Kühleinrichtungen enthaltenden Raum abfließen kann. Dieser wannenartig ausgebildete untere Teil des Kühlmöbels enthält im Boden eine Abflußöffnung. Diese Abflußöffnung dient einerseits zur Aufnahme der aus dem Warenraum abfließenden Waschflüssigkeit und andererseits zur Aufnahme des Tauwassers, das beim Abtauen der Kühleinrichtungen entsteht.
  • Abgefallene Preisaufkleber und Abfälle, wie sie beispielsweise in Fleischverkaufstheken zurückbleiben, werden beim Waschen des Warenraumes von der Waschflüssigkeit mitgenommen und verstopfen die Abflußöffnungen. Beim Abtauvorgang der Kühleinrichtungen kann daher das Tauwasser nicht immer schnell genug abfließen. Der Wasserspiegel steigt an und es kommt zum Defekt der im unteren Teil der Wanne befindlichen Ventilatoren zur Bewegung der Kaltluft.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühlmöbel zu entwickeln, bei dem der Tauwasserabfluß nicht mehr verstopfen kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Wanne eine weitere Abflußöffnung aufweist, wobei durch bauliche Maßnahmen die erste Abflußöffnung ausschließlich den Kühleinrichtungen und die zweite Abfluß- öffnunge ausschließlich dem Warenraum zugeordnet ist.
  • Das von den Kühleinrichtungen abfließende Tauwasser sammelt sich in einem Teil der Wanne, der eine Abflußöffnung für das Tauwasser enthält. Der Abflußbereich für das Tauwasser ist durch geeignete bauliche Maßnahmen, beispielsweise eine vom Boden der Wanne hochgezogene Trennwand, von weiteren Abflußöffnungen getrennt. Diese letzteren Abflußöffnungen dienen zur Aufnahme der bei der Reinigung des Warenraums dienenden Waschflüssigkeit. Die Waschflüssigkeit wird durch geeignet ausgebildete Abdeckungen daran gehindert, in den Tauwasserabfluß zu gelangen. Selbstverständlich kann je nach der Größe des Kühlmöbels und der Größe der Abflußöffnungen eine beliebige Anzahl von Abflußöffnungen sowohl für das Tauwasser als auch für Waschflüssigkeit vorgesehen sein.
  • Durch den Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein völlige Trennung der im die Kühleinrichtungen enthaltenden Raum und der aus dem Warenraum abfließenden Flüssigkeitsmengen ermöglicht. Ein Verstopfen der Tauwasserabflußöffnungen durch beim Reinigen des Warenraums mit der Waschflüssigkeit angeschwemmten Verunreinigungen ist somit ausgeschlossen. Darüber hinaus kann die Abflußöffnung für die Waschflüssigkeit in einem Bereich dar Wanne angebracht sein, der besser zugänglich ist als der Tauwasserabfluß und daher leicht gereinigt werden kann, ohne daß die unterste Warenablsgefläche des Kühlmöbels abgeräumt werden muß.
  • Eine besonders leichte Zugänglichkeit der Abflußöffnung für die Waschflüssigkeit wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, da2 zwischen dem Warenraum und dem Zuflußbereich zu der zweiten Abflußöffnung ein als Gitter oder gelochtes Bleck ausgebildeter Einsatz angeordnet ist. Es ist zweckmäßig, wenn der Einsatz herausnehmbar ist. Der Einsatz wird als zusätzliche Abstellfläche für ausgestellte Ware genutzt. Da die auf dem Einsatz angebotene Ware zuerst verkauft wird, sinkt der Kaltluftspiegel in diesem Bereich und es tritt ein geringerer Verlust an Kaltluft durch Überlaufen über den Rand der Wanne des Kühlmöbels auf.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes reicht der Einsatz an der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite höher hinauf als der Rand der Wanne. Damit wird der Stauraum für die Kühlware vergrößert. Außerdem kann bei dieser Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmöbels gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgegenstandes der über den oberen Rand der Wanne hinaufreichende Teil des Einsatzes mit einer Preisschildleiste versehen sein.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand eines schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben.
  • In der Figur ist ein Kühlmöbel im Querschnitt dargestellt. las Kühlmöbel besteht aus einem Möbeikorpus 1, dessen unterer Teil als Wanne ausgebildet ist. In diesem Bereich sind Kühleinrichtungen 2 und Ventilatoren 3 angeordnet. Die zum Verkauf angebotene Ware befindet sich auf Konsulen4 und auf einer wasserdichten Bodenablage 5. Im Boden der Wanne sind Abflußöffnungen 6, 7 angebracht, die ausschließlich entweder dem die Kühleinrichtungen enthaltenden Raum oder dem Warenraum zugeordnet sind.
  • Die Form und Anzahl der Abflußöffnungen 6, 7 ist beliebig. Entscheidend ist, daß durch bauliche Maßnahmen verhindert ist, daß aus dem Warenraum Flüssigkeit in die den Kühleinrichtungen zugeordnete Abflußöffnung 6 gelangen kann.
  • Die Abflußöffnung 7 für Reinigungsflüssigkeit ist mit einer Abdeckung 8 abgedeckt, die aus einem Gitter oder einem gelochten Blech besteht. Durch Herausnehmen der Abdeckung 8 ist der Abfluß 7 für Reinigungsflüssigkeit leicht zugänglich. Die Abdeckung 8 reicht auf der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite über den Rand der Wanne hinaus - und trägt in dem überstehenden Bereich eine Preisschildleiste 9. Der vordere Teil der Wanne, der mit der Abdeckung 8 abgedeckt ist, besteht beispielsweise aus einem kostengünstigeren Kunststoffmaterial, etwa Polyester.

Claims (5)

1. Kühlmöbel mit einem in seinem unteren Teil als Wanne ausgebildeten Möbelkorpus, Kühleinrichtungen und einem Warenraum sowie mit einer Abflußöffnung im Boden der Wanne, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne eine weitere Abflußöffnung (7) aufweist, wobei durch bauliche Maßnahmen die erste Abflußöffnung (6) ausschließlich den Kühleinrichtungen und die zweite Abflußöffnung (7) ausschließlich dem Warenraum zugeordnet ist.
2. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Warenraum und dem Zuflußbereich zu der zweiten Abflußöffnung (7) ein als Gitter oder gelochtes Blech ausgebildeter Einsatz (8) angeordnet ist.
3. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (8) herausnehmbar ist.
4. Kühlmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (8) an der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite höher hinaufreicht als der obere Rand der Wanne.
5. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der über den oberen Rand der Wanne hinaufreichende Teil des Einsatzes (8) mit einer Preisschildleiste (9) versehen ist.
