Abstract
Procedimiento para fabricar un material combustible sólido a partir de residuos sólidos urbanos y/o industriales asimilables a urbanos y/o agrícolas; en los que los citados residuos, exentos de materiales metálicos contaminantes y vidrio, se trituran para obtener un producto granulado que contiene cal viva combinada con el agua original formando hidróxido cálcico lo menos carbonatado posible durante el proceso y tratamiento con vapor de agua a presiones de 1 a 20 atmósferas, efectuándose su posterior desecación con aire caliente exento de CO2 a temperaturas comprendidas entre 100 y 200°C, de manera que la humedad desciende de la original del 1,5 al 1% en peso.
