Описаны индазольные соединения для лечения различных заболеваний и патологий. Более конкретно, настоящее изобретение относится к применению индазольного соединения или его аналогов в лечении расстройств, характеризующихся активацией передачи сигнала через Wnt путь (например, тендинопатии, дерматита, псориаза, очаговой склеродермии, ихтиоза, синдрома Рейно, болезни Дарье, склеродермы, рака, нарушенной клеточной пролиферации, ангиогенеза, болезни Альцгеймера, заболевания легкого и остеоартрита), модулированием клеточных событий, опосредованных передачей сигнала через Wnt путь, а также неврологических состояний/расстройств/заболеваний, связанных со сверхэкспрессией DYRK1A.
