Abstract

Изобретение относится к системе для получения синтез-газа, содержащей производящий синтез-газ реактор, выполненный с возможностью получения первого синтез-газа из исходного углеводородного потока; заключительный конвертер, содержащий оболочку, внутри которой находится катализатор, причем катализатор проявляет каталитическую активность в реакциях парового риформинга метана, метанирования и обратной конверсии водяного газа; заключительный конвертер, содержащий трубопровод для подачи обогащенного CO2 газового потока в смесительную зону заключительного конвертера, причем обогащенный CO2 газовый поток в трубопроводе выше по потоку по отношению к смесительной зоне находится в теплообменной связи с газом, протекающим над катализатором, расположенным ниже по потоку по отношению к смесительной зоне; при этом система дополнительно содержит трубопровод для подачи по меньшей мере части первого синтез-газа из производящего синтез-газ реактора в смесительную зону заключительного конвертера, и в результате этого объединяются по меньшей мере часть первого синтез-газа и обогащенного CO2 газового потока с образованием смешанного газа, причем смесительная зона расположена выше по потоку по отношению к катализатору; и при этом заключительный конвертер дополнительно содержит выпуск для удаления полученного синтез-газа из заключительного конвертера. Настоящее изобретение также относится к соответствующему способу.
