Abstract

Способ производства горячекатаной титановой плиты включает в себя (1) плавление по меньшей мере одной части боковой поверхности титанового сляба путем воздействия луча или плазмы на боковую поверхность, но не на прокатываемую поверхность, с последующим образованием в боковой поверхности повторно затвердевшего слоя, имеющего диаметр зерна 1,5 мм или меньше и глубину 3,0 мм или больше от боковой поверхности; (2) выполнение процесса отделки на прокатываемой поверхности титанового сляба, в котором сформирован этот слой, чтобы тем самым довести показатель плоскостности X сляба до 3,0 или меньше; и (3) подвергание титанового сляба после процесса отделки горячей прокатке так, чтобы длина L дуги контакта валка в первом проходе черновой прокатки составляла 230 мм или больше.
