Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к модифицированным полипептидам глюкагоноподобного пептида 1 (GLP1), слитым белкам, содержащим модифицированные полипептиды GLP1, и способам их применения. Согласно различным вариантам осуществления настоящего изобретения слитые белки являются агонистами рецептора GLP1, которые содержат модифицированный GLP1, слитый со стабилизирующим доменом.
