Abstract

Самоходная высокопроизводительная дробеструйная машина в комбинации с кирковочным агрегатом для обработки поверхностных слоёв битумного конгломерата, асфальта, бетона или металла содержит дробеструйное устройство (A-A), устройство всасывания, фильтрации, разделения и хранения (B-B), кирковочное устройство (C-C) и механизированное магнитное устройство (D-D), соединённые вместе. В целом она решает проблему удаления новых типов "капельной" или "пластинчатой" дорожной разметки с последующим восстановлением макро- и микрошероховатости дорожного покрытия, выполняя на подлежащей обработке поверхности две обработки - комплексную фрезерную и дробеструйную - за один проход, при адаптации к профилю дорожного полотна и обеспечении удаления только выступающей части дорожной разметки с последующим немедленным восстановлением макро- и микрошероховатости упомянутой поверхности, что значительно сокращает рабочее время, а также снижает вероятность ошибок при использовании такой обработки. Основной подход состоит в использовании шестибарабанного кирковочного агрегата (20, 20') только для удаления "выступающих" частей без проникновения в само дорожное покрытие, причём программа автоматически выбирает количество валков барабанов (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26) и частоту вращения так, чтобы оптимизировать результаты и рабочую скорость; тот же подход действует и для дробеструйной установки, где частоту вращения и количество абразива можно изменять с целью достижения максимальной производительности и скорости; управление всем этим происходит через системное программное обеспечение, реализуемое таким электрическим устройством, как ПЛК, планшет, смартфон или сервер-маршрутизатор Wi-Fi. Это также решает проблему рециркуляции абразивной крошки при её перегреве с налипанием битумных и смолистых материалов, а также других веществ, путем её удаления за один проход и затем очищения от налипших битумных материалов (C') в расположенном далее сите (7) с предварительным охлаждением промежуточным охладителем (7', 7''), чтобы не допустить её деформации и овализации и обеспечить надлежащую рециркуляцию (D, 1'', 1') и повторное использование микрошариков (1', 2, 2'). Данная технология была применена к грузовому автомобилю с тремя-пятью мостами с целью получить такое транспортное средство, которое свободно проходило бы до возможных дорог, аэропортов и т.п. и было бы в состоянии работать на рабочих площадках, на которых осуществляется движение, там, где требуется удалить дорожную разметку и сразу же после этого восстановить её, без необходимости закрывать для движения эту полосу или участок. Автономное самоходное устройство (D-D), на котором размещены устройства всасывания и накопления, а также узел магнитных устройств, выполняет действия по восстановлению и очистке, удаляя с поверхностного покрытия любую абразивную крошку, возможно разбросанную и не утилизированную дробеструйной машиной.
