Abstract
Описан способ совмещенного производства карбамида и меламина. В зоне производства карбамида получают поток синтеза карбамида, содержащий карбамид, воду и карбамат аммония. Этот поток подвергают обработке, предпочтительно с отгонкой, чтобы отделить поток водного раствора карбамида от остаточного диссоциированного карбаматного пара, содержащего аммиак, диоксид углерода и воду. Карбамид подают в зону синтеза меламина и подвергают воздействию условий образования меламина с получением меламина и отходящего газа, содержащего диоксид углерода и аммиак. Диссоциированный карбаматный пар и меламиновый отходящий газ подвергают конденсации с образованием разбавленного конденсата отходящего газа производства меламина.
