Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу производства карбамидо-аммиачной смеси, системе и способу модификации установки. Способ включает подвергание содержащего аммиак отходящего газа, полученного в результате производства нитрата аммония (отходящего газа AC), конденсации в кислой среде с образованием кислого конденсата, и использование по меньшей мере части кислого конденсата в качестве кислой очищающей жидкости в секции доводочной обработки, которая имеет вход газа, находящийся в связи по текучей среде с выходом газа доводочной секции установки по производству карбамида, причем доводочная секция выполнена с возможностью затвердевания жидкого карбамида, и при этом указанная секция доводочной обработки выполнена с возможностью обработки содержащего аммиак отходящего газа доводочной секции кислой очищающей жидкостью.
