Abstract

Описан общедоступный городской пляжный развлекательный комплекс с искусственной тропической кристально чистой лагуной в виде основного объекта комплекса и с прилегающими развлекательными, образовательными, спортивными и коммерческими объектами, при этом комплекс имеет контролируемый общественный доступ и предусматривает внешний вид и ощущение тропического пляжа с чистой водой и песчаными пляжами. Кроме этого, описан способ эффективного использования объектов и земли, которые являются свободными, имеют низкий коэффициент использования, имеют ограниченное применение или граничат или располагаются вблизи рекреационных, образовательных, спортивных или коммерческих заведений. Способ включает предоставление общедоступного городского пляжного развлекательного комплекса с основным объектом в виде искусственной кристально чистой лагуны в тропическом стиле. Способ обеспечивает генерирование дохода и увеличение эффективности путем сочетания свободных территорий, территорий с низким коэффициентом использования, земли, имеющей ограниченное применение, или территорий, которые граничат с или расположены вблизи развлекательных, образовательных, спортивных и/или коммерческих заведений, с городскими пляжными развлекательными комплексами. Комплекс предпочтительно имеет контролируемый общественный доступ, тем самым обеспечивая пропуск после осуществления платы за вход.
