Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к устройству и связанному с ним способу выделения по меньшей мере одного продукта из культуральной жидкости. Данное изобретение относится к применению вакуумного дистилляционного сосуда для выделения продуктов, таких как этанол, из культуральной жидкости, в котором культуральная жидкость содержит жизнеспособную биомассу микроорганизмов и при этом выделение продукта завершается таким образом, чтобы обеспечить жизнеспособность биомассы микроорганизмов. Изобретение обеспечивает выделение продукта с эффективной скоростью, чтобы предотвратить накопление продукта в культуральной жидкости. Для обеспечения жизнеспособности биомассы микроорганизмов изобретение спроектировано для уменьшения количества нагрузки на биомассу микроорганизмов. За счет обеспечения жизнеспособности биомассы микроорганизмов биомасса микроорганизмов может быть переработана и повторно использована в процессе ферментации, что может привести к повышению эффективности процесса ферментации.
