Abstract

Изобретение относится к химически инертному термоплавкому клею, содержащему 10-90 мас.%, в пересчете на массу клея, аморфной термопластичной смолы, которая совместима с полимолочной кислотой, где аморфная термопластичная смола представляет собой нерегулярный сополимер молочной кислоты и дополнительного реакционноспособного мономера, 10-90 мас.%, в пересчете на массу клея, полимерного звена полимолочной кислоты (ЗПМК), выбранного из поли-L-молочной кислоты (L-ЗПМК) и поли-D-молочной кислоты (D-ЗПМК), причем звено имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу по меньшей мере 0,7 кг/моль. В одном из воплощений химически инертный термоплавкий клей дополнительно содержит 0,5-20 мас.%, предпочтительно 1-10 мас.%, в пересчета на массу первого ЗПМК, второго полимерного звена полимолочной кислоты (ЗПМК), выбранного из поли-L-молочной кислоты (L-ЗПМК) и поли-D-молочной кислоты (D-ЗПМК), причем звено имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу по меньшей мере 0,75 кг/моль, при этом когда первое ЗПМК является L-ЗПМК, то второе ЗПМК является D-ЗПМК, а когда первое ЗПМК является D-ЗПМК, то второе ЗПМК является L-ЗПМК. Химически инертный термоплавкий клей по изобретению имеет желательные свойства. Помимо прочего, он сочетает хорошую клеящую способность с хорошей стойкостью при хранении, которая является результатом низкой текучести в естественных условиях, а также с коротким временем схватывания.
