Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предложены библиотеки синтетических модульных полипептидов и нуклеиновые кислоты, кодирующие указанные библиотеки синтетических модульных полипептидов. В настоящем изобретении также предложены способы получения библиотек синтетических модульных полипептидов и нуклеиновых кислот, кодирующих библиотеки синтетических модульных полипептидов. В настоящем изобретении также предложены способы скрининга библиотеки синтетических модульных полипептидов для идентификации выбранного фенотипа, связанного с элементом библиотеки синтетических модульных полипептидов, причем указанные способы можно применять в количественных исследованиях в условиях in vitro и в условиях in vivo.
