Abstract
Данное изобретение касается проекционной системы для дисплея на лобовом стекле (ДЛС), по меньшей мере, содержащей лобовое стекло (1) транспортного средства, содержащее внешнюю пластину (2) и внутреннюю пластину (3), которые соединены друг с другом посредством термопластического промежуточного слоя (4), с верхней кромкой (O) и нижней кромкой (U), и областью (B) ДЛС, причем лобовое стекло (1) транспортного средства имеет угол установки в диапазоне от 55 до 75°, и причем внешняя пластина (2) и внутренняя пластина (3) имеют толщину максимум 5 мм каждая; и проектор (5), который направлен на область (B) ДЛС и создает виртуальное изображение, которое может восприниматься наблюдателем (6), находящимся внутри зоны (E) обзора, причем лобовое стекло (1) имеет опорную точку (G) ДЛС, в которой проходящий между проектором (5) и серединой зоны (E) обзора срединный луч (M) попадает на внутреннюю пластину (3), толщина термопластического промежуточного слоя (4) при вертикальном прохождении между верхней кромкой (O) и нижней кромкой (U), по меньшей мере, на отдельных участках является изменяющейся под углом (α) клина, причем угол (α) клина, по меньшей мере, в области (B) ДЛС является изменяющимся, и причем лобовое стекло (1) имеет радиус (R) вертикальной кривизны, который является изменяющимся при вертикальном прохождении (V) между верхней кромкой (O) и нижней кромкой (U) через опорную точку (G) ДЛС, причем максимум радиуса (R) вертикальной кривизны на участке (V') прохождения (V) между верхней кромкой (O) лобового стекла (1) и нижней кромкой (BU) области (B) ДЛС находится выше опорной точки (G) ДЛС.
