Abstract
Система (10) для одновременной намотки множества продолговатых элементов (12, 14), по существу, при одинаковом натяжении на одну катушку (16) содержит один маятниковый рычаг (18) и один набор исполнительных устройств (22), действующих на маятниковый рычаг (18) и уравновешивающих сумму натяжений всех продолговатых элементов (12, 14). Система (10) также содержит один или более балансирных рычагов (26, 40). Первый балансирный рычаг (26) прикреплен к маятниковому рычагу (18), а другие балансирные рычаги (при наличии таковых) прикреплены к первому балансирному рычагу (26). Каждый балансирный рычаг (26) выполнен с возможностью поворачиваться на оси (28) балансирного рычага. Первый набор из одного или более реверсивных шкивов (30) расположен с одной стороны оси (28) первого балансирного рычага, и второй набор из одного или более реверсивных шкивов (32) расположен с другой стороны оси (28) указанного балансирного рычага.
