Abstract
Раскрыт гибкий дисплей на органических светодиодах и способ его изготовления. Способ включает в себя последовательное формирование первого буферного слоя, слоя переключающей матрицы, слоя блока отображения и инкапсулирующего тонкопленочного слоя на гибкой подложке. Когда гибкий дисплей на органических светодиодах изгибается вдоль гибкой подложки, генерируется первое усилие изгибной деформации. Первый буферный слой используется для поглощения первого усилия изгибной деформации, и материал первого буферного слоя представляет собой органический изоляционный материал.
