Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к замещенный пиридил-циклоалкил-карбоновым кислотам общей формулы (I)к фармацевтическим композициям и комбинациям, содержащим указанные соединения, и к применению указанных соединений для производства фармацевтической композиции для лечения или профилактики заболеваний, в частности, у млекопитающих, таких как заболевания, связанные с болями, или для лечения или профилактики болевых синдромов (острых и хронических), боли, вызванной воспалением, тазовой боли, связанной со злокачественным новообразованием боли, связанной с эндометриозом боли, а также эндометриоза и аденомиоза как таковых, злокачественного новообразования как такового, и пролиферативных заболеваний как таковых, подобных эндометриозу.
