Abstract

Составляют краситель для клеток и тканей из Papaver rhoeas, включающий новый биофлавоноид, специфически окрашивающий ядро, используемый для микроскопической оценки в гистопатологии, микробиологии и цитологии. По-видимому, он является альтернативой гематоксилину в рутинном применении. Биохимическое название этого соединения: тетрагидро-3,4,5-тригидрокси-6-метил-2Н-пиран-2-илокси)метил) 2Н-пиран-2,3,4,5-тетраол)-4-метоксифенил)-7-метокси-4Н-хромен-4-он. Анализ ЯМР показал, что биохимическая структура молекулы представляет собой биофлавоноид (фиг. 4, 5). Молекула из Papaver rhoeas вместе с синергическими и другими молекулами проникает в биологические и небиологические образцы. При ее комбинировании с другими синергическими механизмами получают состав красителя. Количество и тип протравы и рН являются параметрами, влияющими на качество и время окрашивания. Состав Papaver rhoeas получают, в частности, для исследования тканей для диагностики в лабораториях и больницах, и он предназначен для рутинного применения. Миллионы биологических образцов по всему миру исследуют, такие как полученные в ходе хирургической операции и биологические препараты, являющиеся образцами, окрашиваемыми для диагностики. Краситель для тканей гематоксилин используют рутинно, его получают из деревьев под названием Hematoxylin campechianum (кампешевое дерево), представляющее собой часть мировых тропических лесов. Каждый год 3000 кампешевых деревьев, а также участков, вырубают для получения приблизительно 1200 т порошка и 70000 т жидкого красителя гематоксилина ($15 млрд/год). Состав из Papaver rhoeas обеспечивает эффективное и специфическое окрашивание, позволяющее выделить ядро. Помимо очевидной экономической выгоды, Papaver rhoeas широко распространен, и его легко можно собирать и получать. Состав Papaver rhoeas также оказывает экологическое влияние на Землю, что позволяет ему быть важным и полезным промышленным продуктом.
