В заявке описан рентабельный и эффективный способ культивирования бактерий Akkermansia muciniphila. Возможно получение высокого выхода биомассы в средах с заданным химическим составом. Это позволяет в промышленном масштабе получать бактерии A. muciniphila, применимые для человека, например, для использования в фармацевтической или пищевой промышленности. Бактерии A. muciniphila могут быть получены без использования продуктов животного происхождения, что позволяет применять их в широком диапазоне.
