Abstract

Изобретение относится к новым замещенным азетидинильным или пиперидинильным спиросоединениям мочевины формулы (I), обладающим противовирусной активностью, в частности, обладающим ингибирующей активностью в отношении репликации респираторно-синцитиального вируса (RSV). Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к получению таких новых соединений, композиций, содержащих эти соединения, а также к соединениям для применения в лечении инфекции, вызванной респираторно-синцитиальным вирусом.
