Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к жевательной резинке с покрытием, не содержащей сахара и глицерина, а также к способу получения указанной жевательной резинки. Жевательная резинка по изобретению содержит сердцевину и покрытие, причем сердцевина жевательной резинки содержит по меньшей мере одну основу жевательной резинки, по меньшей мере один монотерпен, систему подсластителя, в основном состоящую из гидрированного гидролизата крахмала, частиц изомальта, не менее 90 вес.% которых имеют размер частицы менее 100 мкм, частиц сорбита и по меньшей мере одного высокоинтенсивного подсластителя и/или усилителя сладкого вкуса, причем указанная система подсластителя является единственным присутствующим в сердцевине компонентом, который обеспечивает сладкий вкус, при этом весовое отношение частиц изомальта к по меньшей мере одному монотерпену в сердцевине составляет от 6:1 до 20:1, весовое отношение общего количества частиц изомальта и частиц сорбита к гидрированному гидролизату крахмала в сердцевине составляет от 4:1 до 6:1, а весовое отношение частиц изомальта к частицам сорбита в сердцевине составляет от 2,2: L до 2,8:1 (каждое весовое отношение указано от общего веса), при этом покрытие содержит не менее 80 вес.% изомальта (по сухому веществу покрытия).
