Abstract
Способ промывания образующейся при нитровании толуола после отделения нитрующей кислоты сырой смеси, содержащей динитротолуол, азотную кислоту, оксиды азота и серную кислоту, который охватывает две стадии промывания (СП-I) и (СП-II), причем: i) на первой стадии промывания (СП-I) сырую смесь при промывании, охватывающем как минимум одну экстракционную ступень, экстрагируют промывочной кислотой I, которая включает азотную кислоту, оксиды азота и серную кислоту, причем промывочная кислота, выводимая из первой экстракционной ступени (СП-I-1) первой стадии промывания (СП-I), показывает общее содержание кислоты от 10 до 40 вес.% и содержание синильной кислоты от 80 до 350 млн. долей, причем получают предварительно промытую сырую смесь, ii) на второй стадии промывания (СП-II) предварительно промытую сырую смесь, содержащую динитротолуол, при промывании, которое охватывает как минимум одну, предпочтительно как минимум две экстракционные ступени, экстрагируют промывочной кислотой II, причем промывочная кислота, выводимая из первой экстракционной ступени (СП-II-1) второй стадии промывания (СП-II), показывает рН-значение меньшее или равное 4, причем получают содержащую динитротолуол смесь, в существенной степени свободную от азотной кислоты, серной кислоты, оксидов азота и синильной кислоты с содержанием максимум 300 млн. долей азотной кислоты и оксидов азота, максимум 3 млн. долей сульфата и максимум 50 млн. долей синильной кислоты.
