Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для извлечения металлов из содержащих металл исходных материалов, включающему стадии i) выщелачивания содержащего металл исходного материала в выщелачивающем растворе на основе хлорида, ii) отведения из стадии (i) выщелачивания водного раствора хлорида с растворенными металлами, iii) извлечения ценного металла из водного раствора хлорида на технологической стадии извлечения металла, iv) нейтрализации содержания соляной кислоты в водном растворе хлорида на технологической стадии извлечения металла с помощью добавления гидролизованного аммиака в технологический раствор так, что образуется хлорид аммония, v) отведения содержащего хлорид аммония технологического раствора на стадию регенерации аммиака, на которой добавляют содержащий кальций реагент для образования хлорида кальция и газообразного аммиака, и подачи аммиака рециклом обратно на технологическую стадию (iii) извлечения металла, vi) регенерации раствора CaClс помощью HSOтак, что получают водный раствор HCl для подачи рециклом на стадию (i) выщелачивания.
