Abstract
1/1 resumo método para recuperação de metais a presente invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivos para recuperação de metais a partir de materiais de partida metalíferos, compreendendo as etapas de: (i) lixiviação do material de partida metalífero em um licor de lixiviação à base de cloreto; (ii) retirada da etapa (i) de lixiviação de uma solução aquosa de cloreto com metais dissolvidos; (iii) recuperação de metal valioso da solução aquosa de cloreto em uma etapa de processo de recuperação de metal; (iv) neutralização do teor de cloreto de hidrogênio da solução aquosa de cloreto na etapa do processo de recuperação de metal com a adição de amônia hidrolisada à solução do processo, de modo a formar cloreto de amônio; (v) retirada da solução do processo contendo cloreto de amônio para uma etapa de regeneração de amônio, onde um reagente contendo cálcio é adicionado para gerar cloreto de cálcio e gás de amônia, e reciclar a amônia de volta para a etapa (iii) do processo de recuperação de metal; (vi) regeneração da solução de cacl2 com h2so4, de modo a proporcionar uma solução aquosa de hcl, para reciclar para a etapa (i) de lixiviação.
