Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Wäsche von schwefelhaltigen Gasen mit einer im Kreislauf geführten ammoniakhaltigen Waschlösung, in dem ein schwefel- und stickstoffhaltiges Gas mit einem wässrigen alkalischen Lösungsmittel von Schwefel- und Stickstoffverbindungen befreit wird, so dass man ein gereinigtes Industriegas und ein mit Stickstoff- und Schwefelverbindungen beladenes Lösungsmittel erhält, welches dann in eine Desorptionskolonne gegeben wird, und daraufhin ein desorbiertes Sauergas erhalten wird, welches in einen Claus-Prozess gegeben wird, so dass der größte Teil der Schwefelverbindungen entfernt wird, und das Restgas aus dem Claus-Prozess hydriert wird, so dass man ein schwefel- und ammoniakhaltiges Restgas erhält, welches erneut in eine Absorptionskolonne gegeben wird, wo es mit dem gleichen wässrigen Lösungsmittel wie in dem ersten Kreislauf gereinigt wird, und wonach das beladene Lösungsmittel aus dieser Kolonne in die Desorptionskolonne aus der ersten Gaswäsche gegeben wird, so dass nur eine Desorptionskolonne benötigt wird. Auf diese Weise lässt sich ein einziges Lösungsmittel verwenden, da nur eine Desorptionskolonne benötigt wird, und der Anlagenplatzbedarf und apparativer Aufwand können eingespart werden.
