Abstract
Способ извлечения воды, металлов, растворимых органических веществ и нерастворимых органических веществ в потоке маточного раствора со стадии разделения процесса производства поликарбоновой кислоты, в котором способ включает охлаждение потока до температуры, при которой растворенные органические вещества осаждаются; отделение осажденных органических веществ из потока жидкости и рециркулирование указанных органических веществ в процесс получения поликарбоновой кислоты; жидкий поток со стадии (b) затем обрабатывают щелочью для преобразования оставшихся органических веществ в форме щелочной соли и присутствующие металлы преобразовывают в нерастворимую форму; извлекают нерастворимые металлы из жидкого потока; пропускают поток жидкости со стадии (d), содержащий щелочные соли органических веществ, через блок мембранного разделения, где он разделяется на пермеат, содержащий воду, и ретентат, содержащий воду и щелочные соли органических веществ; извлекают пермеат и рециркулируют его в процесс получения поликарбоновой кислоты; и извлекают ретентат.
