Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу очистки сырых динитротолуолов, получающихся в результате динитрования толуола в присутствии нитрующей смеси кислот из азотной кислоты/серной кислоты, а также к аппарату или соответственно к установке для осуществления способа и к соответствующей производственной установке для получения динитротолуолов, отличающемуся тем, что (а) сырые динитротолуолы после отделения нитрующей смеси кислот сначала подвергают промывке по меньшей мере одной промывающей средой, за которой следует отделение промывающей среды; и (b) вслед за этим полученные в результате со стадии (а) промытые динитротолуолы подвергают отпариванию (обработке отпарным газом) по меньшей мере одним газом (отпарным газом).
