Abstract
método para produzir um líquido de açúcar. a presente invenção se refere a que através do método para a produção de um líquido de açúcar a partir de uma biomassa que contém a celulose, que compreende as etapas de (1) a (3) abaixo, a capacidade de reutilização da celulase derivada de fungos filamentosos recuperada a partir de um resíduo de hidrólise de uma biomassa que contém a celulose pode ser aumentada, e a quantidade da celulase derivada de fungos filamentosos utilizada no método para a produção de um líquido de açúcar, por conseguinte, pode ser reduzida. etapa (1): uma etapa da hidrólise de uma biomassa que contém a celulose utilizando uma celulase derivada de fungos filamentosos, e a realização da separação sólido-líquido para um líquido de açúcar e um resíduo de hidrólise; etapa (2): uma etapa da lavagem do resíduo de hidrólise na etapa (1), utilizando uma solução alcalina aquosa e uma solução aquosa de sal inorgânico, de maneira independente, e a recuperação, como um líquido de lavagem, a celulase derivada de fungos filamentosos adsorvido ao resíduo de hidrólise; e etapa (3): uma etapa da filtragem do líquido de lavagem na etapa (2) através de uma membrana de ultrafiltração para recuperar um líquido de açúcar como um permeado, e a celulase derivada de fungos filamentosos como um não permeado.
