Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к созданию остеопластических материалов, эффективных в замещении протяженных (объемных) костных дефектов. Разработанный способ изготовления таких медицинских изделий включает применение технологий трехмерной печати биорезиорбируемых матриксов-носителей и их активации генными конструкциями. Полученные таким способом медицинские изделия могут составить эффективную альтернативу костным аутотрансплантатам.
