Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения цианосоединений формулы (I), содержащих элемент 13 группы Периодической системы, и 1, 2, 3 или 4 цианогруппы, путем реакции [(ZF)] с триметилсилилцианидом в присутствии кислоты Льюиса и в присутствии катиона Cat; где Catобозначает катион, Zобозначает В, Al, Ga, In или Tl, m равно 1, 2, 3 или 4 и n равно 1, 2, 3 или 4.
