Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способам для предоставления цитоплазматических обладающих мужской стерильностью растений Petroselinum,цитоплазматических обладающих мужской стерильностью растений Petroselinum crispumи к семенам, клеткам, тканям и их растительным частям. Конкретно данное изобретение относится к способу предоставления обладающего цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью растения Petroselinum crispum,содержащему: (а) предоставление первых протопластов, полученных из растения, выбранного из группы, состоящей из Daucus carota L., Foeniculum vulgare Mill., Apium graveolens L. и Pastinaca sativa L., в которой первые протопласты имеют, по существу, инактивированный ядерный геном и, по существу, немодифицированную цитоплазму; (b) предоставление вторых протопластов, полученных из Petroselinum crispum, в котором вторые протопласты имеют, по существу, инактивированную цитоплазму и, по существу, немодифицированный ядерный геном; (с) слияние указанного первого и второго протопластов и (d) получение из слитого продукта указанных первого и второго протопластов цитоплазматического обладающего мужской стерильностью растения Petroselinum crispum.
