Abstract

Способ получения жирного спирта или жирных спиртов, включающий проведение этерификации жирной кислоты или смеси жирных кислот низшим алканолом в реакторе этерификации, поддерживаемом в условиях этерификации, с получением потока, содержащего соответствующий низший алкиловый сложный эфир или эфиры жирной кислоты; испарение потока со стадии (а); проведение гидрирования парообразного потока со стадии (b) в первой зоне гидрирования, работающей в условиях гидрирования, с образованием потока, содержащего жирный спирт или спирты и некоторое количество непрореагировавшего низшего алкилового эфира или эфиров жирной кислоты; проведение переэтерификации потока со стадии (с) в реакторе воскового сложного эфира, поддерживаемом в условиях переэтерификации, в присутствии катализатора переэтерификации таким образом, чтобы превратить по меньшей мере часть низшего алкилового эфира или эфиров жирной кислоты путем переэтерификации соответствующим количеством жирного спирта или спиртов в низший алканол и восковой сложный эфир или эфиры; разделение потока со стадии (d) дистилляцией с получением потока продуктов жирного спирта или спиртов; потока воскового сложного эфира или эфиров и головного потока, содержащего жирный алканол или алканолы и алкан; и, необязательно, одно или оба из воды и низшего алканола; взаимодействие указанного головного потока со стадии (е) в реакторе воскового сложного эфира, поддерживаемом в условиях переэтерификации, в присутствии катализатора переэтерификации с низшим алкиловым эфиром или эфирами жирной кислоты таким образом, чтобы превратить по меньшей мере часть низшего алкилового эфира жирной кислоты
