Abstract
Отстойная установка для экстракции растворителя содержит смесительный узел (1) для приготовления дисперсии из взаимно несмешивающихся растворов и отстойник (2), имеющий загрузочный конец (3) и разгрузочный конец (4). Отстойник выполнен с возможностью разделения фаз раствора из дисперсии, подаваемой из загрузочного конца, когда дисперсия течет по направлению к разгрузочному концу. Отстойная установка дополнительно содержит загрузочное устройство (5), расположенное на загрузочном конце (3) для подачи дисперсии, приготовленной с помощью смесительного узла (1), в отстойник (2). Загрузочное устройство (5) содержит удлиненный загрузочный желоб (6), имеющий первый конец (7) для получения дисперсии из смесительного узла (1), и второй конец (8). Загрузочный желоб (5) проходит вдоль загрузочного конца (3) отстойника (2). Загрузочный желоб (5) имеет форму конической трубы с поперечным сечением, сходящимся в направлении второго конца (8), и наклонную нижнюю часть (9), поднимающуюся ко второму концу (8). Несколько загрузочных труб (10) расположено по длине загрузочного желоба (6) на расстоянии друг от друга, причем каждая загрузочная труба (10) третьим концом (11) выходит во внутреннее пространство загрузочного желоба в нижней части (9) для получения дисперсии из загрузочного желоба и четвертым концом (12) выходит в отстойник (2) для переноса дисперсии в отстойник.
