Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу автотермического газофазного дегидрирования, содержащего углеводород газового потока (2) с содержащим кислород газовым потоком (3) с получением реакционной газовой смеси на гетерогенном катализаторе, который сформирован в виде монолита (4), и регенерации катализатора в реакторе (1), имеющем форму цилиндра или призмы, причем внутреннее пространство реактора (1) разделено герметичным для газа корпусом G, закрепленным в продольном направлении реактора (1), имеющим форму круглого цилиндра или призмы, на внутреннюю область А и внешнюю область В, расположенную коаксиально к внутренней области А, который отличается тем, что реактор, чередуясь, эксплуатируют в режиме получения продукта автотермического газофазного дегидрирования и в режиме регенерации, причем режим получения продукта автотермического газофазного дегидрирования эксплуатируют до тех пор, пока повышение температуры реакционной смеси на ее выходе из отводящего трубопровода (11) не превысит 5 К по отношению к моменту времени, начиная с которого степень превращения колеблется не более чем на 1% в пересчете на конечную степень превращения, после чего реактор переключают на режим регенерации с подводом инертного регенерирующего газа, который содержит как минимум 10 вес.% кислорода в пересчете на общий вес регенерирующего газа.
