Abstract

【課題】固定床管型反応器を用いる気相接触酸化反応方法において、ホットスポットを抑制し、かつ目的反応生成物を高収率で製造する方法を提供する。 【解決手段】触媒を充填した管型反応管を原料ガス入口側から出口側に向かって、部分反応層と全反応層に分け、該部分反応層に、原料ガスの一部が触媒と接触しない無反応帯と原料ガスの残部が触媒と接触する触媒層を設け、該全反応層において、該無反応帯を通過した原料ガスと該部分反応層の触媒層を通過したガスを酸化反応させることを特徴とする気相接触酸化反応方法。
