Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу запуска и эксплуатации реактора Фишера-Тропша, включающему в себя стадии, на которых: (а) обеспечивают реактор неподвижным слоем восстановленного катализатора Фишера-Тропша, который содержит кобальт в качестве каталитически активного металла; (b) подают газообразный сырьевой поток, содержащий монооксид углерода и водород, в реактор, причем указанный газообразный сырьевой поток первоначально содержит азотсодержащее соединение, отличное от молекулярного азота, в начальной концентрации в диапазоне от 0,1 до 50 об.ч/млн, в расчете на объем газообразного сырьевого потока; (с) осуществляют конверсию монооксида углерода и водорода, поданных с газообразным сырьевым потоком в реактор, в углеводороды при начальной температуре реакции, при этом начальную температуру реакции устанавливают на значении по меньшей мере 200°С и углеводороды получают при первой величине выхода; (d) поддерживают начальную температуру реакции на установленном значении и поддерживают указанную первую величину выхода с помощью уменьшения концентрации азотсодержащего соединения в газообразном сырьевом потоке, подаваемом в реактор; (е) при необходимости повышают температуру реакции после уменьшения концентрации азотсодержащего соединения в газообразном сырьевом потоке до значения ниже 100 об.ч/млрд.
