Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу очистки антител от смеси белков, полученных в биореакторе, включающему стадии, по меньшей мере, промежуточной очистки и конечной очистки, где промежуточная и конечная стадия включает объединенные в одной линии обработку с помощью анионообменной хроматографии (АЕХ) и обработку с помощью хроматографии смешанного типа (MiMo), в проточном режиме.
