Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу очистки антител из белковой смеси, полученной в биореакторе, по меньшей мере, включающем стадии промежуточной очистки и тонкой очистки, где промежуточная стадия и стадия тонкой очистки включают в любом порядке стадии анионообменной хроматографии (АЕХ) и катионообменной хроматографии (СЕХ) в проточном режиме. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к единому функциональному блоку, содержащему как часть для анионообменной хроматографии, так и часть для катионообменной хроматографии в любом порядке, которые последовательно соединены, где данный блок содержит впускное отверстие на входном конце первой ионообменной части, выпускное отверстие на выходном конце второй ионообменной части, и где блок также содержит входное отверстие между первой частью для ионообменной хроматографии и второй частью для ионообменной хроматографии.
