Abstract

Изобретение относится к остеклению, включающему в себя стеклянную подложку, имеющую по меньшей мере на одной части своей поверхности пакет слоев, один слой которого защищает от миграции ионов, содержащихся в указанной подложке, в частности, типа щелочных металлов Naили K, при этом указанный защитный слой находится в этом пакете между поверхностью указанной подложки и по меньшей мере одним верхним слоем, придающим указанному остеклению функциональность солнцезащитного, низкоэмиссионного, антиотражающего, фотокаталитического, гидрофобного или другого типа, при этом указанный защитный слой состоит, главным образом, из оксида кремния или оксинитрида кремния, причем указанное остекление отличается тем, что указанный оксид или оксинитрид кремния дополнительно содержит один или несколько элементов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из Al, Ga или В, и тем, что атомное отношение Si/X в указанном защитном слое отчетливо меньше 92/8, при этом X представляет собой сумму атомов указанных элементов Al, Ga или В.
