Abstract

Изобретение относится к напитку, содержащему растворенный и частично диссоциированный диоксид углерода, присутствующий в количестве 2-10 г/л, например 3-8 г/л, предпочтительно 4-6 г/л, наиболее предпочтительно около 5,5 г/л и обеспечивающий равновесное давление, превышающее при температуре 10°С атмосферное давление на 50-300 кПа, например на 100-200 кПа, предпочтительно примерно на 150 кПа. Напиток согласно изобретению содержит также водонерастворимый или гидрофобный компонент, присутствующий в виде молекул или их агрегированных форм в количестве, обеспечивающем генерирование сверхмелких пузырьков, содержащих газообразный диоксид углерода, в количестве, превышающем 10пузырьков на 1 мл, например составляющем 10-10пузырьков на 1 мл, предпочтительно 10-10пузырьков на 1 мл, наиболее предпочтительно около 10пузырьков на 1 мл, при приложении к напитку внешнего изостатического давления, превышающего равновесное давление для указанного напитка по меньшей мере на 100 кПа, предпочтительно на 120-6000 кПа, более предпочтительно на 150-1000 кПа, наиболее предпочтительно примерно на 200 кПа. При этом наибольший размер сверхмелких пузырьков составляет менее 100 нм, например 20-60 нм, предпочтительно около 40 нм.
