Abstract
Способ непрерывного изготовления панельных элементов для получения комбинированных опалубочных элементов, в котором каждый панельный элемент содержит опалубочную панель, в каждом случае имеющую заданную геометрическую форму и заданную длину и оснащённую крепёжными приспособлениями и армирующими элементами. В способе некоторое количество стандартных панелей (11) выравнивают продольными кромками друг к другу, соединяя и склеивая их друг с другом с приложением прессующего усилия, в результате чего из склеенных друг с другом стандартных панелей создаётся продвигаемая вперёд панельная лента (12). От панельной ленты последовательно отделяют индивидуальные продольные участки, получая индивидуальные панели (13), причём каждая индивидуальная панель имеет длину, индивидуально адаптированную к соответствующей заданной длине изготавливаемой опалубочной панели. Индивидуальные панели поочерёдно обрезают в длину, формируя соответственно индивидуально заданную геометрическую форму соответствующей опалубочной панели, а затем поочерёдно оснащают крепёжными приспособлениями и армирующими элементами.
