Abstract
Μέθοδος για τη συνεχή κατασκευή στοιχείων πλάκας, για την κατασκευή στοιχείων καλουπιών σύνδεσης, από τα οποία κάθε στοιχείο πλάκας διαθέτει μία πλάκα καλουπιού με αντίστοιχα προκαθορισμένη γεωμετρία και με προκαθορισμένο μήκος και όπου η πλάκα του καλουπιού διαθέτει διατάξεις στερέωσης και στοιχεία οπλισμού. Σύμφωνα με τη μέθοδο, τοποθετούνται διαδοχικά σε σειρά μία πλειάδα από προκαθορισμένες πλάκες (11) από επιμήκη ακμή σε επιμήκη ακμή και κατά την άσκηση πίεσης αυτές τοποθετούνται μαζί και συγκολλώνται μεταξύ τους, με αποτέλεσμα από τις προκαθορισμένες πλάκες, οι οποίες έχουν συγκολληθεί μεταξύ τους, να σχηματίζεται μία προωθημένη ταινία πλάκας (12). Από την ταινία πλάκας χωρίζονται διαδοχικά μεμονωμένα επιμήκη τμήματα, με αποτέλεσμα να σχηματίζονται μεμονωμένες πλάκες (13), όπου κάθε μεμονωμένη πλάκα διαθέτει ένα μήκος, το οποίο έχει προσαρμοστεί μεμονωμένα στο αντίστοιχο προκαθορισμένο μήκος της πλάκας του καλουπιού που πρόκειται να κατασκευαστεί. Οι μεμονωμένες πλάκες κόβονται διαδοχικά για τη διαμόρφωση της αντίστοιχα μεμονωμένης, προκαθορισμένης γεωμετρίας της αντίστοιχης πλάκας καλουπιού και μετά εξοπλίζονται διαδοχικά με τις διατάξεις στερέωσης και στη συνέχεια με τα στοιχεία του οπλισμού.
