Abstract

В частности, настоящее изобретение относится к применению анализов, позволяющих обнаружить один или более биомаркеров, выбранных из группы, состоящей из фактора роста нервов β, интерлейкина-17А, β-субъединицы фоллитропина, коллагеназы 3, фоллистатина, белка, связывающего витамин D, островкового амилоидного полипептида, С-пептида инсулина, фактора комплемента Н, желудочного ингибиторного полипептида, глюкагоноподобного пептида 1, глюкагона, инволюкрина, кератина-1/кератина-10 цитоскелета II типа, кератина-6А/6В/6С цитоскелета II типа, остеокальцина, липополисахарида, прогормона поджелудочной железы, пептида YY, агути-родственного белка, цилиарного нейротрофического фактора, гормона, регулирующего аппетит, транстиретина, субстрата 1 рецептора инсулина и α-ингибитора NF-κ-В, в качестве анализов диагностических и прогностических биомаркеров при повреждениях почек.
