Abstract

Напитки на основе ячменя получают в больших количествах, применяя высокоэнергоемкие способы, например, на солодовых и пивоваренных заводах для процессов печной сушки и варки сусла соответственно. Изобретение относится к энергосберегающим способам получения напитков на основе ячменя, а также к растениям ячменя, пригодным в таких способах. В частности, изобретение относится к растениям ячменя с комбинированными признаками отсутствия липоксигеназы-1 (без LOX-1), отсутствия липоксигеназы-2 (без LOX-2) и отсутствия S-аденозилметионин:метионин-S-метилтрансферазы в одном растении, которое особенно пригодно для энергосберегающих способов получения напитков на основе ячменя, таких как пиво.
