Abstract

Изобретение относится к системе солнечных элементов, которая может быть выполнена, в частности, в форме тонкослойного солнечного модуля, которая содержит подложку, на которую нанесена слоистая структура, состоящая из нескольких слоев, причем слоистая структура включает в себя первый электродный слой, второй электродный слой и расположенный между этими двумя электродными слоями полупроводниковый слой, посредством которых образуется p-n-переход, причем слоистая структура подразделяется на множество различных областей, которые электрически отделены друг от друга одной или несколькими канавками областей, причем в каждой области образовано звено солнечных элементов, которое состоит из одного или нескольких соединенных последовательно и однонаправленных солнечных элементов; первый соединительный контакт и второй соединительный контакт, которые через звенья солнечных элементов электрически соединены друг с другом, причем звенья солнечных элементов соединены последовательно посредством одного или нескольких промежуточных контактов; по меньшей мере один соединительный корпус, к которому подключены оба соединительных контакта. Способ их получения включает в себя структурирование слоистой структуры посредством трех линий структурирования, причем одна линия структурирования имеет прямолинейную характеристику прохождения через по меньшей мере две электрически отделенные друг от друга области, тогда как две другие линии структурирования так смещены относительно этой линии структурирования, что последовательность линий структурирования становится обратной.
