Abstract

Предусмотрена катушка для индукционного нагрева, которая может стабильно нагревать стальную трубу, которая подается в аксиальном направлении без вращения, причем нагревание является равномерным в направлении вдоль окружности и в узком диапазоне в аксиальном направлении. Катушка 10 для индукционного нагрева, которая окружает в направлении вдоль окружности внешнюю периферию удлиненного металлического материала 1, который является нагреваемой деталью, имеет по меньшей мере две 1-витковые катушки в форме тела 11 первого витка катушки и тела 12 второго витка катушки. Внутренняя периферийная длина Ln (неэффективная длина катушки), где эффективное число витков катушки меньше, чем общее число витков катушки, когда катушка проецируется в аксиальном направлении, и внутренняя периферийная длина L0 проецируемых тел катушки (внутренняя длина катушки) удовлетворяют условию Ln/L0<0,05. Тело 11 катушки и тело 12 катушки имеют изолирующие участки 11b и 12b на их соединяющихся участках, и изолирующие участки находятся в местах с разнесением на центральный угол 5-45°, измеренный от центра тел катушки.
